Typhoon Matmo intensifies

The Meteorological Department expects that Tropical Storm "Matmo" will intensify into a typhoon and move across Hainan Island, China, into the Gulf of Tonkin before making landfall in northern Vietnam tomorrow (October 5, 2025).
